I was driving down to Rochester Mn today and saw an early second gen Celica on a front lawn with a for sale sign. It was gorgeous so I had to see if it was one CL. Here it is, sadly CP and automatic. But man is it pretty.

I also saw a nice Baby blue, 2wd, 80s Ford Ranger. It’s not on CL so I might have to check it out on the way home on Monday. My wife even said “ hey that’s cute I’d drive it”

Of course!
It’s amazing to see one of these in-tact. I can’t remember the last time I saw one.

Yeah they’re rare especially in this condition. But i don’t see it being a 6,000 dollar car, especially with an automatic trans

That thing is gorgeous. I’ve always loved the weird liftback styling on these.

Get it down to about 4K, and it might be worth a go.

5 years ago I was going to look at a 81 Supra, but I didn’t because an Integra GSR came up for the same price. That GSR was fun but a basket case. I learned the hard way that you need to check out every option, because even tho that Supra was probably a rust bucket, now I’m left wondering.
